My path evolves, yet my mission stays true — I’m here to guide human-centered growth and create an impact.

Meet Megan

I’m Megan Flanagan — a multi-faceted coach, consultant, and endurance athlete dedicated to helping people and organizations evolve into their next level of potential.

Over the past decade, I’ve started and scaled businesses, built strategic partnerships across healthcare and wellbeing sectors, coached hundreds of athletes and leaders, and navigated my own major life and career transitions. I’ve learned that growth — whether in business, endurance, or life — isn’t linear. And it’s never siloed.

We perform at our best when all parts of our lives are aligned.

Our work shapes our wellbeing.
Our wellbeing shapes how we lead.
Our relationships shape our capacity.
Our energy shapes everything.

My work centers on helping individuals, teams, and organizations integrate these pieces — so they can operate with clarity, intention, and purpose.

My Philosophy

What I Believe

I believe humans do their best work when they feel connected to what matters most.
I believe in the power of community and collaboration — no one succeeds alone.
I believe endurance (in sport, business, and life) is built through aligned action, not burnout.
I believe that strategy and soul can exist in the same sentence — and create your strongest results.

Whether I’m supporting an executive team with go-to-market strategy, coaching a founder through an identity shift, helping a runner train without burning out, or designing a wellbeing workshop for an organization, my goal is the same:

To help you get clear, aligned, and confident in your next steps — and take action that feels true to you.

How I Work

My approach blends:

  • Leadership & performance coaching

  • Business development + go-to-market strategy

  • Mindset and alignment work

  • Endurance training principles

  • Behavioral science + strengths-based frameworks

  • Human-centered communication and relationship-building

With every client — individual or organization — I take a personalized, relational approach. I get to know your vision, your challenges, your people, and your values. Then, together, we build a strategy that fits who you are and where you want to go. Because the path to your potential is unique — and your work should reflect that.

Why I Do This Work

My path has been anything but linear:
I’ve changed careers, cities, identities, industries.
I’ve reinvented myself more than once.
I’ve run multiple 100-mile races and built communities from the ground up.
I’ve led partnerships for mission-driven startups and coached people through some of the biggest decisions of their lives.

Every step has taught me that your potential is not something you stumble into — it’s something you evolve into.

And now, through Evolved Potential, I help others do the same — with clarity, courage, and support.
