Evolved Potential provides professional coaching services, including but not limited to:

  • Individual coaching sessions (Momentum Strategy Sessions, ongoing coaching programs)

3. Professional Relationship

3.1 Coaching Relationship

The coaching services provided by Megan Flanagan and Evolved Potential are professional coaching services designed to support career clarity, business development, and personal growth. Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or medical advice.

3.2 Client Responsibility

You acknowledge that:

  • You are responsible for your own decisions and actions

  • Coaching does not guarantee specific outcomes or results

  • You will communicate openly and honestly during sessions

  • You are mentally and emotionally capable of participating in coaching

3.3 Not Medical or Mental Health Services

If you are experiencing mental health concerns, trauma, or clinical conditions requiring treatment, we encourage you to seek appropriate professional help. Coaching is not a substitute for therapy, medical treatment, or professional mental health services.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Fees and Payment

  • All fees for services are due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon in writing

  • Prices are subject to change with notice

  • Payment may be made via credit card, debit card, or other approved payment methods

  • All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors

4.2 Refund Policy

  • Momentum Strategy Sessions: Non-refundable once booked. Rescheduling is available up to 24 hours before the scheduled session.

  • Ongoing Coaching Programs: Refunds may be available within the first 14 days of program start, minus any sessions already completed. After 14 days, no refunds will be issued.

  • Digital Products: All digital products are non-refundable due to their nature.

  • Corporate/Speaking Engagements: Cancellation terms will be outlined in individual contracts.

5. Scheduling and Cancellations

5.1 Client Cancellations

  • Sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance

  • Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) or no-shows will forfeit the session fee

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability

5.2 Coach Cancellations

If Megan Flanagan needs to cancel or reschedule a session, you will be notified as soon as possible and offered alternative times or a full refund at your discretion.

6. Confidentiality

6.1 Your Privacy

All information shared during coaching sessions is confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties except:

  • With your explicit written consent

  • When required by law

  • When there is imminent risk of harm to yourself or others

6.2 Testimonials and Case Studies

Client testimonials and case studies may be used for marketing purposes only with your explicit written permission. All identifying information will be removed or changed unless you specifically authorize its use.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Ownership

All content on the Evolved Potential website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, audio files, and software, is the property of Evolved Potential and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our content for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not:

  • Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display our content without permission
