How work and life fit into one picture, not two separate boxes. Includes guided visioning and small-group pairing to say your vision out loud.
Where you've already compromised, in work and in life, and what you're no longer willing to negotiate. Small-group work throughout.
Small groups of 4–6 process the panel together — and stay connected well beyond the summit.

Beyond the summit
Your Pod
Partway through the day, you'll be placed in a Pod — a small group of 4–6 women. You'll process the panel together, then reconvene at the close of the day to share what you're committing to. The Pod isn't just a summit activity — it's designed to be a standing circle you can stay connected to after November 6th, for accountability and support as you actually build what you came here to build.

Founder of Strong Runner Chicks, host of the Evolve Your Path podcast, and a healthcare BD leader who's spent over a decade building her own portfolio career across corporate roles, fractional work, and entrepreneurship.
Heather DeSiena
A strategic communication expert who helps women find and use their voice — in negotiation, leadership, and building something of their own. Anchoring the Summit's session on strategic voice and advocacy.

We're looking for women who've built something intentionally.
Not just founders — operators, consultants, and leaders who've made deliberate choices about how they built what they built. If you have a story about the decisions behind the business (not just the pitch), we want to hear from you.
