This time last year, I realized I was doing all the right things — on paper. I was side hustling: coaching, consulting, and helping others grow — but I wasn’t giving myself the same clarity I gave my clients. I needed to realign how I defined success — not just through output, but through alignment.

“Evolving Potential” became more than my business name; it became my north star — a reminder that growth doesn’t mean adding more, but deepening what matters most.
